The cruise

Every flight, transfer, hotel, and activity is booked through partners we trust and organized into one app your whole group can pull up on their phones. No one hunting through email for a confirmation number at the airport.
Nothing to coordinate
A few hours in port is not the same as a week in Lisbon or the Swiss Alps at your own pace. A cruise stop lets you see a place. A week on the ground lets you actually be there.

We work with multi-generational families and multi-family friend groups, typically 6 to 14 people, planning trips worth getting right. That might be your next family trip, a milestone celebration such as a graduation, a big anniversary, a 70th birthday. Or it might just be families whose kids grew up together and are finally taking the trip they've been talking about for years.
Coordinating travel across multiple households, age groups, and travel styles takes real expertise. It also takes someone who's actually done it themselves and gotten it wrong a few times along the way. That's us.
What we're not:
We're not the right fit if you're looking for a quick price quote, the cheapest option, or a package you can piece together yourself. If that describes you, no hard feelings. If what you're after is a well-executed trip your family is still talking about years later, and you'd rather not spend 30-plus hours planning it, keep reading.
We also don't chase the lowest number on paper. It's not that price doesn't matter. It's that the lowest number doesn't always reflect the full cost in time and money. A riskier flight routing or a transfer with no buffer can turn a saved $200 into a missed connection. Skipping travel insurance means a cancelled flight or an unexpected health issue can become a five-figure expense instead of a manageable one. We look at the whole trip, not just the sticker price.
Not every group needs a trip built from scratch. If a straightforward cruise or an escorted tour fits your family better, we'll tell you that on the first call, not after we've built a proposal.

Our family tradition is now our business.
We're Rich and Robyn, married nearly 25 years, parents to two teenage boys, and the kind of people who have always ended up organizing the trip for everyone else: the cruise bookings, the transfers, and everything else nobody else wants to deal with.
We've visited nearly 30 countries and explored 19 across Europe. We've taken multi-generational trips with aunts, uncles, and grandparents along for the ride. We've traveled with close friends whose kids grew up alongside ours, celebrated graduations on the high seas, and gotten lost, happily, in cities we weren't expecting to love.
Every photo on this website is from our own travels. No stock images. We've lived every one of these trips before we ever planned one for someone else.
Throughout our trips, we've also gotten a few things wrong. On one trip, we cut it too close to a train in Naples, jumped out of a taxi stuck in traffic to walk the last stretch, and Grandpa couldn't keep up. We missed the train by just a few minutes and thought the day was lost. Fortunately, our private tour guide was able to rearrange, and our day was saved, but the lesson stuck: a group moves at the pace of the person having the hardest day, and the itinerary has to leave room for that.

Planning a three-week trip around Europe is no easy task. Rich and Robyn planned every detail around the needs of our family of four, two adults and two adult children, who wanted to see historic landmarks, experience local cuisine, and make the most of every stop.
With pre-cruise, cruise, and post-cruise excursions across all three weeks, we left fulfilled, with a lifetime of memories. A year later, we still talk about our trip of a lifetime.

How much does this cost?
Itineraries that combine a cruise with independent land travel incur a $250 planning fee. Straightforward cruise-only bookings have no fee. We'll tell you from the first conversation which applies.
How far ahead should I book?
12–18 months for most European itineraries works best. Popular sailings fill quickly, and booking early locks in the best cabin selection and pricing.
Is this right for first-timers?
Yes, and first-timers often do best with us, since we've already made the mistakes you'd otherwise make on your first trip. We handle the logistics of ports, transfers, and timing so you're not learning them as you go.
